F1 2008-2018 Mega Mod

Description
This mod is based on the 2008 season, and features drivers and personnel spanning the following 10 seasons, up until 2018 (as the career is 10 seasons long). The mod features:

- The 10 real teams from 2008
- 161 real drivers
- 30 real team principals
- 66 real engineers
- All personnel are in the right teams
- 30 real sponsors
- The 2008 points scoring system

A few notes on the mod:
All drivers and personnel included have been linked to F1 (aside from a couple easter eggs). I've included some drivers who were not exactly eligible to drive in 2018 (i.e. Yuki Tsunoda) but who would eventually get in F1 not long after. There are also a few sponsors that I think have never been in F1, but I thought might be cool to add. So basically, it's not 100% realistic, but still pretty close.
There's also a bug when starting a career mode: sometimes, a couple teams just randomly choose drivers or staff who shouldn't be there (quite a few times I've seen McLaren sign Toto Wolff and Geoff Willis), but usually you just need to restart a new career mode at most a couple of times. I don't know why this happens, as in the files they're all set in the right teams.

Hope you enjoy this little project, feel free to comment any improvements I could make and any mistakes I've made. I'm not a professional modder, so I'm sure there's a lot of room for improvement.
Lastly, I've had ChatGPT help me quite a bit, cause I'm pretty young and, not having experienced most of the drivers and staff at the time, I wouldn't have been able to rate them properly or assign the right traits, so if there's anything wrong with that just let me know.

I wish this was about 11 earlier! Berger was always my favourite driver, haha. I'm sure it's great and I'm def gonna try it though.

It usually isn't that easy, there is a range for the car performance which depends on the chief designer's ability, but of you're lucky and average designer night produce a good car and viceversa. That said, Honda usually overperforms compared to real life, but that's because their designer was generally pretty good and just got 2007 and 2008 quite wrong, so i didn't want to nerf him for the rest of the career.

I don't know if it is just me, if I was really lucky or anything else, but I decided to try this mod. I do not know anything about F1 racing outside of this game pretty much.
I started my campaign, decided to go with Honda, because I wanted a challenge and it was expected 9th/10. I searched google for what team members I should hire, to go with what Honda would've had in 2008 and found an exact match, and within the team's budget.
Already here I thought that these members, except the team leader, seemed very strong for an expected 9th place. But then my cars were built, the mechanic being very skilled, I got 2/3 parts at near maximul (2800 if I recall) and the third one closer to the min (2200).

First race, qualif placed my drivers 1st and 2nd, actual race went the same without much effort... Is there a balancing issue, was I really lucky, I really don't believe it was skill on my part, not on the first race.

Hi, very good mod that works perfectly without anything to do. Great job, thanks a lot. The only "negative" thing is that, I find at least, Hamilton way too strong

This mode is the funniest thing I saw in a long while. Totally addictive and unpredictable which makes playing alternate F1 history a satisfying experience. Hamilton won S1 and joined Massa at Ferrari. Red Bull hired Vettel and Rosberg and MSC made his return with Williams to pair up with Kazuki Nakajima.
