Disclaimer: These mods/models are severely out of date. I lost the files a long time ago and cant support it anymore. However, if anyone can find a way to use these assets/props on your mods, please feel free to do so.


This collection features all my beach parks, each one creating extra variety to the beach of your dreams. From Lifeguard Towers to kites, each one of them ploppable anywhere you want and rotateable, with custom ingame icons and (some) funny tooltips. Subscribe to the collection to receive information whenever i add new items, some that are already under progress!

Now, the game that gave you liberty to design your city the way your wanted also allows you to design your beaches the way your want.
