Smartsnap shows the grid on ghosted props
Hi, I found the culprit.

From all the 24 pages of in-game addons that I have, it is only not incomplatibe with GWater v1

Thew author just recently archive the repository:
https://github.com/meetric1/GWater1

Testing methodology:
1. Click on Addons and Disable all 2. On the Subscribed addon type is selected 3. Enable only that type * Mark the initialy checked addon with [X] 4. Try to reproduce the bug 6. When not preproduced * Disable all addons and mark the type with [V] * Activate the next addon type ( Go to point 1 ) 7. When reproduced. * Disable the type and enter all the contents with [X] * Enable only the first row and try the bug again

Results:
[V] Maps
[V] Models
[V] Weapons
[V] NPCs
[V] Vehicles
[V] Entities
[X] Effects
[X]Gwater 1.0
[V]Volumetric light
[V]Fira code
[V]Voice visualizer
[V]Aspent's train stuff
[V]John an Wuf's train sounds

Conclusion:
User should uninstall GWater 1.0
When Gwater is needed please install:
https://github.com/meetric1/gwater2/releases
