Hi anbennar developers. I played Mulen campaign and I think like new roost system. But there is an issue. When I take Jezarpizu for a mission, I couldn't use roost in this province because this roost is at third level and some tag changed culture before I took it. Because of that I waited to change this province to naleni culture for almost 40 years to use that roost (because I have to wait for seperatism for culture change) and upgrade to hanging city.

I think you should change roost inactivity requirements or when culture changed, roost in this province must down to second or first level to upgrade again.
