Advantages:
- Very fast damage deal, can deal up to 30 damage each turn on first levels.
- Good at killing frontlines with high armor, cuz it also stack bleed+blight with every attack.
- Shaffling doesn't worse your situation that hard, since all characters can attack basically from 3-rd rank.
Disadvantages:
- The survivability of this party is very RNG dependent, if you are lucky you are going to resist enemy's bleeds and bligths, you have also not that low chance to dodge their attacks.
- Useless against some bosses who has 200% resist to both blight and bleed or simply the bosses who stand in 4-rd rank cuz you can't actually reach them.
- You also need to use campfire to get that strat to work.
- It is also free ambush if you use all 4 envenoms, but that's not a big problem since shaffling doesn't affect your party too much and now they have high damage they can quickly deal with attackers and continue their journie.
Result:
Yeah there are more disadvantages than advantages but I think rly high damage compensates everything except your luck, if you aren't lucky your girls will die very fast and have a risk to get first death door even in first fight. But again, is ~30 damage on first lvl without any upgrades any bad?

Throw in a Dragonslayer. They all set-up each other so well.
