How do you consistently do the jump on C-1?
I only get it after several tries and never know why I can do it. I can do every other jump within just a couple of attempts but the first one doesn't make sense to me.

This jump requires 3 main things which are all fairly simple:
1) length - jump at the end of the white platform to reduce length from the jump
2) timing - make the tiniest delay between crouch-jump and shooting (do at the same time)
3) angle - look down and aim to the right while walking to the left.

experimental tip for 3: whenever you take damage you can see the direction you took if from by the damage indicator (a red ray near your crosshair) try aiming down + shoot and see where the damage comes from - you want it to happen behind you, so adjust your angle when you jump to get most distance out of it. Experiment with it - video description has some info from my experience but again, generally you should aim to the right and that'll get the job done.

good luck - have fun.
