The mod folder should be located in steamapps/workshop/content/48700/1661605287

Navigate to the mod folder.

Font/Text not displaying

Delete the font data in the /Data folder of the mod, and font.dds in /Textures folder.

Crosshair not displaying
Submitted by MatiasHogden

(You will need a text editor or something similar for this to work)

Go into the 'meshes.txt' file in the mod folder.

Find "mesh_crosshair 0 sw_reticle"(CTRL (or Command) + F to search in the document, type in 'mesh_crosshair')

You should get the following result:
mesh_crosshair 0 sw_reticle 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.150000 0.050000 0.050000

Now replace that with the line of text from the identically named 0.8 file which looks like this:
mesh_crosshair 0 sw_reticle 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.300000 0.200000 0.200000

Remember to ONLY replace that specific string of text, or else you will be messing up some other stuff.

If you have any additional questions please post here, or contact us on Discord. Have fun!

I may have somehow been unable to notice it but I have been unable to locate steamapps/workshop/content/48700/1661605287 So any help would be appreciated.

most maps appear to be either pure white or white with freckles of green and yellow. the players and everything else are looking fine. Im really enjoying the mod, and if anyone could help me fix this problem i would enjoy it more.

Disable depth effects in your video settings, and turn on edit mode in the config.

Im really having trouble installing this mod and also the Star Wars Conquest mod on my MacPro, can someone help me out or refer me to a good tutorial online? I've tried to use the terminal for the conquest mod but it doesn't seem to recognize any commands. Thanks

I play on a mac, and it won't let me choose any other classes when I join a game.

I have this issue with default Warband, and my solution has been to use my art tablet since it cannot be snapped back to the center of the screen.

As far as I can tell with a few hours of research, there is no edit mode or rgl_log.txt on Mac. I have the same issue of everything but character models being bright white with small splotches of their intended color.
Turning off Depth effects got rid of the blinding glare from the surfaces, but I would appreciate not giving Stormtroopers perfect camouflage.

Yeah I can't afford one and would have no other use for the art tablet. I mean, I'm not going to buy a 300 or 200 piece of art equipment and never use it again.
I can't locate the folder you said to look for.

Linux user here, for me it was neither of those two lines, and crosshair worked fine without changing anything.

But I noticed two other problems.
Binoculars and sniper zooms don't work, whole screen is black, you can only see the lines of binoculars, and actually a tiny little bit of vision just at the edges of screen, maybe like 3 pixels wide or something.

The other problem is something I already seen in another Warband mod - sometimes, randomly, black triangles start flashing very quickly on your screen. Once it starts happening it won't go away until you restart the game. What's interesting though, it's only happening when you are looking in the general direction of enemies. If you look away it stops.
