If it dont work in your game, or you want to have a mod that edit the on_Action_Event file, then here's how to manually add it in your game.


1 : Do CTRL+F and find # Market Founder luck-of-the-draw
2 : In the random_country, find the Limit line.
3 : Add a line and copy "is_ai = no" on it.
4 : Just save it. That's it.

It should look like that :
