Step 1 Turn on power.

Step 2 There is a origins part of the map between power and town go there to pick up the summoning key from the M.P.D.

Step 3 After picking up the summoning key you will have to fill up soul boxes around the map you can see every location in the sky it will be a green beam of light( there is 6 of them and a new one will spawn every round)

Step 4 Now that you filled all soul boxes you will hear a voice line go back to were you got the summoning key and put it back on the M.P.D then Samantha will rise out of the M.P.D.

Final Step Go back to town where you find the PAP parts the summoning key will be there interact with the summoning key will spawn Samantha to start the boss fight once you see the red portal spawn keep shooting Samantha till she is in the portal then go to the summoning key and interact with it.(DURING BOSS FIGHT IT WILL BE ENDLESS ROUND)

Reward Once you do that you will get free perkaholic and in plain sight.
