Missing textures of weapons or Postal Dude?
Don't use OpenGL renderer in video settings.
Simple.

only issue with this is that steamdeck users can't disable opengl by default, and if they somehow do it would lead to bad performance. (This can probably be ignored though since most people probably don't use steamdeck to play postal 2
