I have play with both.
I like DBH for water temperature but i prefer climate control for air temperature.

Honestly. just go with DBH.
As unneeded mods will lower your performance

CCC and DBH overlap, but DBH offers a lot more and is maintained religiously by Dub. As well as provides years of integrations with other mods.
