Louis turns into a boomer? or is killed by a boomer? couldn't exactly tell...
I think Francis is killed by a tank when the rescue helicopter arrives? it's kinda chaotic at that point, so hard to devote the attention it.
not entirely sure, though.
Chapter 1: Correct, that is Bill camping on the scaffolding, before getting bombed :)
Chapter 3: The chopper in chapter 3 is taken down with a missile by the military.
Chapter 4: The tank spawns inside the building behind zoey and kills her. If you listen closely you might even hear the tank punch sound, (but might be hard with everything going on).
Chapter 5: In the end of the tunnel there is a scene where the tank on top of the bridge throws debris on a flying chopper which sends the heli hurling down towards the ground (which is the explosion you hear). Some people might miss this scene depending on how far back you are in the tunnel when the scene is triggered. If you stand next to the military vehicle by the tunnel's exit, you won't miss it. There's also a pushback brush prohibiting survivors from exiting the tunnel before the scene ends.
Francis actually survives. And without spoiling too much, his fate is revealed in Lockdown: Chapter Two (Map 4). He can be very hard to find.
Louis does not die either. He helps the survivors to fight off the zombies. I'm guessing you did not play chapter 2 and chapter 2 DLC yet, so I don't want to spoil too much for you.

I replayed it twice more and caught the scenes of both helicopters getting destroyed .
I did play Lockdown: Chapter 2 DLC after posting the original post.
I completely missed both Francis and Louis, though I didn't know to be looking for them. I've only played L:D2 DLC once so far, so when I replay it I'll look for them.
As a solo player with only bots to help, its hard to catch some of the details when things get chaotic. Not unique to your map, obviously. I was replaying The Seal of Asrahmat campaign and trying to listen to the couple of audio setpieces was hard since hordes or special infected frequently interrupt.
Like the maps a lot. Very interesting and unique ideas, very replayable.
You will find Francis in Lockdown: Chapter Two, but not in the DLC version.. Thought to mention that. Louis you won't see, but you can hear his voice in both versions on the final chapter.
I'm glad you enjoyed it! I like creating extra areas to give people something to explore, and often you will find extra loot to reward you for it. By the way, did you happen to find any of the hidden loot? Some can be really hard to find and requires out of the box thinking to reach :-)

Replaying Lockdown Chapter 2 DLC I did hear Louis's voice in the rescue vehicle .
I did find a lot of extra loot, I'm a compulsive explorer. I'm sure I didn't find everything, but I spent plenty of time stumbling blindly through woods/brush and jumping I could to find hidden spots. Took almost 3 hours (or so) the first time I did the campaign because of it.
Looking forward to the next chapter. As someone with projects of my own (not Left 4 Dead related), I understand the "when/if" all too well.
