Skills problem

I have a problem. I started a new game with this mod, but officers don't seem to have the expanded skills, just the default ones. What should I do? I really need the skill to be able to shoot the 88mm gun.

Check your mod list and load order. You are likely missing a dependency then start a new game

I don't use any other mods.

Well that's an issue because UBE has a long list of dependencies listed on the workshop page. You must have all of those installed and in the correct order. Please refer to the workshop page as well as the installation guide linked in the workshop page
