Suggestions and Bug Reports
Post any suggestions, mod incompatibilities, or issues you have here.

Issues I'm aware of:
Gas canister becoming unlit depending on the angle you view it from (not fixable by me)

Optimized Gas particles sometimes spawn sideways (no idea how to fix)

The grenades (the weapon, not the projectile) are invisible on the ground (custom hand grenade models were made using the SWEP creation kit, but the custom model doesn't actually render for weapons on the ground, so only the base weapon model shows up, which was made essentially invisible)

Burrowed headcrabs can't die

Gas goes through doors and props (needed to allow gas to affect players in vehicles, if it goes through level walls, the gas isn't checking for Line of Sight, which is a setting)

Players running faster then they should (in the GChem config located at garrysmod\data\gchem_config.txt, there is a variable table called NormalSpeed, which the mod currently sets unhindered players speed to, set the values to the intended normal running speed to fix)

Somewhat incompatible with Amnesia Lantern Rework (and other mods that use PlayerSpawn and PlayerDeath hooks)
Very incompatible with ragmod, as it getting up apparently counts as respawning

No new gases will be added to gchem as the code structuring is quite poor, making adding new gas a massive pain.

Appears GChem will cause peer to peer connections to lag as the main timer that applys chemical effects if poorly optimized and (I assume) GChem uses too much of network connections (connection issues presumed fixed)

What do you mean by emo textures, because the screen is meant to go mostly black.

Does it have AI support? I know how the NPCs could react to each different gas type.

Gas does generally work on npcs, although npc mods might not fully work.

When you say it goes through walls, do you mean levels walls, or just doors and props, because gas has to avoid props to affect players in vehicles, but if it goes through walls, it isn't checking for line of sight, which is controlled by the convar gc_los.

is gc_los set to 1 or 0?
If it is 1, its a bug, if its 0, its intended.

it is set to 1, it started damaging a npc thats outside even though i put it inside the room thats only accesible with noclip

One last thing, from what I can tell you are on multiplayer, if you are the host, it is definitely an issue, but if you are a client, you may have to ask whoever is hosting it if the convar is set to 1. The server's settings of gc_los should be checkable by clients, but i'm not sure if you are just seeing a desynced version specific to your end that does nothing.

You should make it compatible with the Jmod automated healing station, so it can decontaminate you like it does to radiation from Jmod nukes.
well the gas mask view is fully black and purple I need help
