Yo,

As a heads up, I recently lost the ability to adopt a court physician. I recently started a new game as a Catholic dude, so I am not sure if it is limited to Catholicism or a universal thing.

In the current version the Court Physician has to be a landless courtier (so you cannot nominate your noble vassals to treat your illnessess :D) and has to have learning of 12 or more.

If you still can't nominate him let me know.

I was playing from the start of time with the old gods stuff, when I suddenly saw flags on ports. When I went to check it out, it appeared there were trading ports in the game. Then the game bugged out and crashed. Note that this is the only mod I have!

If the flags appeared suddenly, that is definitely a bug. There should be at least a few flags all the time, they are from vanilla game. Also, this doesn't sound like anything that YPC could possible have something to do with. If the bug persists, please report it in the CK2 forum:http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?680-Crusader-Kings-II-Bug-Reports :guardian:

Well, I am at least glad it isn't coming from this mod, because I really like it.

the "use your study" decision is causing my game to crash. Everything else works great though! Also there is some issues with the pictures in the event box from your mod's events. It just shows as static like from a TV, but the events work fine regardless so its a minor issue

Sounds like you have some corrupted files. Try unsubsrcribing, deleting any files of this mod left in the mod folder, and subscribing again. Alternatively, try installing the mod manually. Also, make sure none of your Ck2 files are corrupted by validating the game cache from steam library. :guardian:

really love this mod but half the heraldry shields on the map refuse to appear (black outs) when this mod is active, any tips?

I don't believe this is anything that the mod could have an affect on.

Flags are stored in a temporary file that is created at the start of the game, in your ck2 documents folder (where the saves are too), in gfx/flags. Try deleting that and verifying game cache on steam.

When you restart the game, it should compile the new flag files in the documents folder (not game folder!)

Me again... I tried the "use your study" decision again and this time it worked. The crashes seem to be at random which I guess you have to expect in a mod. All the major events like Roman culture and imperial religion work but its odd because they only pop up when I save the game, close it, and come back. Ex: I played a game and refounded Rome and retook all the old Roman borders and all the vanilla reconquest events fired correctly. After about 100 years of waiting and consolidating I decided to call it a night and go to bed so I closed the game. When I started the game up a few days later all of a sudden the convert to Roman culture decision was available. The same thing happened again after I saved and quit and came back with the Imperial religion decision. Is there a reason for that? I mean they work correctly but they only appear for me when I leave the game completely and come back

Random crashes are to be expected even in the vanilla version, without any mods. I highly doubt this mod could cause a crash. It does not replace nor edit any of the vanilla files so it has nothing to do with roman culture conversion decisions either.

Do you have other mods installed? IIRC you can't convert to roman culture in vanilla ck2.

EDIT: There isn't any imperial religion decision in vanilla either. Unless you mean the "mend the great schism" one?

No no... I had another mod installed that put that stuff in it and got your mod intermixed with the other one. Was kind of hoping I could get back here and delete that comment before you responded :p

There is just more crashes in ck 2 then normal for me and it seems to happen when I click decisions related to mods. Its no big deal, my game autosaves every half year

Pictures dont show up right, when for example, I use the study, looks only like black and white stripes. Also, I cant even nominate a physician, this has been since the last update (I believe)

I subbed to this mod with my laptop:

- The pictures showed up just fine.

- I was able to nominate court physician.

I recommend reinstalling the mod, the pictures could be explained with corrupted files, though I'm not sure why you can't nominate a court physician. Are you absolutely sure that the candidate had 12 learning, and he was unlanded? :guardian:
