How to get the perks (will update them when i get info)
5 are buyable :
Juggernaught
QR
Speed cola
Stamin up
double Tap

4 that i know are not buyable and can get with hidden quest and they are eternal (when you die u keep them) :
Deadshot : 300 headshot
Cherry : i dont know really but it seem more u reload, more you have chance to get it
Mule kick : When you tap the box multiple time u have a chance to get it
PHD : U need to kill zombie with explosive


one thing i'm not sure, stamin up seems to be eternal if you run as much the game want

I'm almost 100% certain mule kick comes from using the death machine
