Hello,

I have altered the Units.csv of "Storm Over Europe" to have some units available early, or to make them stronger. I like the freedom that gives you to play the game you want to play it. But in the "Condor Legion" campaign, I do not have any access to these new units. However, when starting SOE 1940, the units are there. Which "Units.csv" is used by the "Condor Legion" campaign? Is it a different one, or could there be another issue? I would appreciate any help.
