yes you are right i didnt notice it in the water there just went back to check and it is in fact in the map good catch

Well anyone who wants to just look at a written step by step spreadsheet here it is,

(In any order for my knowledge)

1. Find 3 mini boo's around the map, has to be found in the order of this, 1 near dead shot, 2 under the rocks right by the dock, 3 in the curvy road area near vigor rush.

2. Find the blue shell and activate it, it will fly to 4 locations that you will be locked in for different amounts of time.

3. Find the giant crab on the rocks above speed cola, shoot an entire clip into it of your least favorite gun at the time, it will disappear and give you a revolver. Use the revolver to shoot 8 separate small crabs across the map, they spawn in one at a time, honestly I don't remember all the locations, but the first one is in spawn room for reference of what your looking for.

After that the buy-able ending is unlocked and pack-a-punch. The star symbol near jug is the entrance to it. 25,000 ending.
