Do not download, you have been warned
Every time i've try to download this to my game it freezes at a certain point and then never stops donwloading even when i click stop download. It stays stopping forever and becomes completely frozen, i have over 300gb of free space on my drive and have uninstalled numerous games and tried many other solutions the fix the issue but nothing works, i have tried about everything i could think of and even did research on the issue. NOTHING, fixes it and for some reason downloading this maps screws up my whole steam client and bootstrapper and freezes/glitches my pc along with windows. I don't understand why this map is a big problem i have other 3-4 gb maps installed i don't understand. This map literally has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with my steam and my downloads, i don't understand. My internet is high speed and have reset my router, changed my adapter settings, turned my wifi on and off, i have spent all day trying to get this map to install correctly but since it likes to break my steam i cannot download this again, very unfortunate. Was preventing me from playing bo3 all day because the game was stuck on "Validating" even after i removed the workshop map/mod from the game and verified my files, etc.To the people having no issues with downloading this map you are lucky, many others have the same issue im having but not everyone is going to spend the time to make a comment about it. Listen to what "scout" says about the map, and don't under estimate what he said like I did, map completely broke my pc. Steam and windows i had to do so many fixes and restart my pc like 20 times to finally get rid of the download from my steam que so i could play BO3 again. Solving this major issue took about 5 hours, as nothing i tried would work. Closing the Steam Bootstrapper client from your task manager will not save you either like it does in most cases.

PC SPECS:

Ryzen 9 3900x
Nvidia GeForce 2060 Super SC Ultra
32GB Ram
4 TB M.2 SSD Storage
4TB External Hard Drive Storage


So yeah, as you could tell, regardless of your specs even if you have super high speed internet or a nasa pc it won't matter because if you download this map and run into the issue that others and I have faced, GOOD LUCK getting your PC to work properly again. This includes Windows and Steam itself. You wont be able to play BO3 again unless you probably RE DOWNLOAD the game. Nobody wants to do that.

Re validating my game files and it's been almost 30 minutes and only at 15%. Something with this map file has changed something or messed with something in the files of the original game. I only use my computer for steam and google research but never click on any website regardless if its safe or not. Only issue that could cause something like this was this map, i have nothing else installed on my computer but my games, literally and i've never had an issue like this out of the years of using steam and workshop. Until i downloaded/subscribed to this map everything went downhill from there. Report the map post and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Listen to what the other people are saying and don't under estimate like an idiot like I did, or this is the price you will pay. If i can save people from this ♥♥♥♥ happening to them im going to say something about it, but not everyone is going to listen or believe what I say. Like I said before, you have been warned. Subscribe and download at your own risk.

mine worked just fine thank god i havent run into any issues other than bugs in the map

yeah that's why I was saying some people are lucky and don't have issues, but if you become an unlucky one good luck dealing with the problems that lie within downloading this map.

Its not the real map its a leaked version wait for the official release

even when official release comes out im not installing it, if the leaked version did this to my steam and operating system im not touching any form/variant or version of the map ever again. I reported the map to Steam, it needs to be taken down. It's uncalled for, workshop is suppose to be a safe place for mods.

the map is fine all my buddies have it an its fine sounds like something with your internet or pc buddy and if your using your HDD for these things that probably why those things are
slower then aids

this map was installed on my SSD, but even if it was on an HDD it wouldn't matter because a few of my friends have all their maps installed on a hard drive and have no problems.

I didnt even install the map as I mentioned before when i subscribed and tried to download the map everything went downhill from there. I can download every other map just fine but this one screws things up. Im thinking the map files may be corrupted or something and somehow got through steam, idk.

The map creator said this version has a virus so maybe that's why it ffed up ur pc

If you think im capping, then download it for yourself. Not everyone has this issue but it is known this map has caused this for some users.
