Hovering tooltips not working when I hover over an item in the top left of a windowed screen?

Does anyone else have this issue? I'm not sure if it's a compatibility issue with one of the extra tooltips mod, but it's the reason I had to uninstall this mod, which is a shame because the tetris mod requires this one in order to play.
