Overall, the new changes are very good. It keeps v2droids power in check, but it's still a fairly fun character. My one bit of feedback is related to how moves are limited by your heat. Since most moves are unavailable at low heat, and the only easy way to charge heat right how is holing prime, I'd suggest adding a hustle that builds heat, but can be canceled at any time. Maybe like v2droid activating his jets, similar to the intro. Unlike charging prime, this could build heat, but be canceled easier than prime. It could also build super like a regular hustle (which v2droid sorely needs) and the super build would be kept in check by the heat, as hustling too much would cause an explosion.
