Not quite Pyro
"Mmmphs and huddas"
A tiny little nit pick, but pyro really shouldn't full on speak in full sentences, in stuff like comics, videos, and the actual tf2 game, he is very expressive in his movements, plus he speaks in "Mmmphs" and "huddas" Sure you can make out what he is saying like " The h*ll" or giggles, jeers, something like that, but most of the time, you don't understand him.

Just maybe, when you update him, he says stuff like "mmmph" and "Huddah"?

I like the idea of "huddahs" and "mmmphs" but Kulo put as an observation that TF2 fans don't just want Pyro to be quite like how he is in TF2. Some people (like myself) want to hear Pyro speak regularly. I play TF2 and Pyro is my favorite character btw. But the way how every character has something to say above their heads is because it's like a translation in a way. Pyro could be speaking in "mmmphs" and "huddhas" but the vocals for Pyro sound like that. We don't want to hear him examing trees with "Huddha huddha huddha!" We want to know what he says about the tree.
Pyro can (Possibly) understand and write in English, so let's say that it's translating it's won speech for us.

I completely agree with pyro saying words, it's almost like he is talking to himself and we are viewing his thoughts, but what if the sound file that played was from tf2? Attack could be a sound from the flamethrower taunt. observing a campfire could be the party trick laughing sound, etc, etc.

maybe pyro should do wes movements in addition to mmphs and huddas?
