Teddy Bear spawns for Wizard free perk side quest

teddy will spawn in 3 of these locations per game. Hold Interact/Use button to activate
upon 3rd teddy activation this will spawn a wizard which you must kill to get free perk drop

ive found 2 other spawns so far. one is sitting on a chair on the staircase that leads from the power room to the roof and another is to the right of the dagger of shoggoth wallbuy in the corner of the gravity/pyramid room.
