VAE VICTIS WALKTHROUGH
OBJECTIVES

HOLDOUT:
After interacting with a large crystal, defend yourselves while locked down in a tight location. In each location, there is a rampage inducer, which will once activated half the time of a holdout in exchange for a difficulty spike.

ESCORT:
Break the chains on a memory orb, and follow it until the Prophet can absorb it. Stay inside the field around the orb to keep from taking damage.

ELIMINATE:
Guardian sends you around the map to the location of 3 enemy generals; Destroy them, and move to the next.

HARVEST:
Destroy two dark pylons by killing specially marked zombies that drop dynamite. Attach two charges to a pylon to destroy it.

RETRIEVE:
Collect two skulls overflowing with memories and throw them towards the Librarian’s retrieval device.

MAIN QUEST
STEP 1: Complete 3 objectives. When you finish the third objective, you will be contacted by The Librarian. Follow his orders and find the two artifacts:
A: on a table in Diner
B: in the shack behind the yellow house in Nuketown

STEP 2: Go to the beacon and continue to the next round.

STEP 3: Use the giant gun at the far right end of Area 51 (all players required) to shoot down the artifact above Town.

STEP 4: Remove Tedd’s head on the Bus in Town.

STEP 5: Place Tedd’s head on the circular part of the MPD. Holdout against Zombies.

STEP 6: Go to the Beacon and continue to the next round.

STEP 7: (REQUIRES OBTAINING LONGINUS’ LEGACY WONDER WEAPON. CHECK SIDEQUESTS FOR BUILDING INSTRUCTIONS) Use the spear to shoot / stab the generator at the bottom of the lighthouse, near its heart. Interact with it after a sound plays to ascend.

STEP 8: Place Tedd’s head on both consoles.

STEP 9: After the door opens, place Tedd’s head in the center of the auditorium.

STEP 10: Complete Samantha Says on the computers on the left side of the room. Interact with Tedd Head after to trigger a memory.

STEP 11: Turn the following dials until the light on them turns green:
Once complete, interact with Tedd Head again.

STEP 12: Follow the flow of electricity headed towards the third data bank. On each generator that isn’t glowing, turn the dial until the electricity moves on. When it is glowing ,force a tempest to shoot the generator to boost the electricity forward. Continue until it reaches the final data bank. Interact with Tedd Head a final time.

STEP 13: After narrative sequence, grab the Tedd Head and run for the teleporter you initially appeared on to escape. Reappear at Area 51.

STEP 14: When ready, remove Tedd’s head from the bus once more. This will break the objective loop and engage the finale sequence.

STEP 15: In the Workshop across from Bus Depot, there is a buildable table. Place the Tedd Head there, and ARTEMIS will build a new body.

STEP 16: Find the 3 Navcards.
Tranzit’s is in its original spawn, next to Bus Depot.
Die Rise's is in the mouth of the Dragon, near the lighthouse.
Buried’s is in the hand of Arthur, in the cemetery outside the church.

STEP 17: ENTER THE BOSSFIGHT at Zero Base.

BOSS
ATTACKS: Boss can laser sweep the top layer, jump to the bottom to avoid. He can also electrocute the bottom floor, forcing an ascent to the top. There is an attack using mines on the ground that glow red, avoid the glowing spots to prevent damage. Last attack is a laser that follows a player, keep moving to dodge.

PHASE 1: Survive zombies and attacks from the boss, until the left door in the chamber opens. From here, take each of the 4 Skulls inside and throw them into yellow orbs hidden around the arena. The first is above the exit door to the skull room. The second is behind the boss directly in front of you. The third is beside the stairs to the lower floor, and the last is behind the boss on the opposite side of the arena. Once this is done, his head is open for damage. Shoot him to progress to next phase.

PHASE 2: This phase begins once the right door of the boss arena opens. In this room, there is a terminal requiring all players. When interacted with, the door will lock shut, and the boss will spawn a mini-boss: a giant Mangler with cyborg implants. Players must defeat the special mangler, and take his giant cannon. Using this cannon, the door will open, and players can shoot it at the 2nd energy tube to drop the bosses shields. Damage him to advance to the third phase.

PHASE 3: The final phase begins when the door behind where you entered the arena opens. The boss will, in a rage, electrify the entire floor and send you fleeing into this hallway. Once in there, he will send attacks at you rapid fire. You must bait out attacks while dodging the spawning enemies by running in and out of cover in the hallway; This will eventually cause the boss to accidentally laser his own heart, ending the fight.

Step outside, and after dialogue, press the red button on the console to activate the ending.

Shoot the energy orb until the game ends.

SIDE QUESTS
Finance at Frank's

STEP 1: Locate the door next to Juggernog in Town.’
STEP 2: Listen to the amount of times there are knocks on the door, and knife the door back the same number of times.
STEP 3: Repeat Step 2 three times. A bomb will drop on the ground after the 3rd time.
STEP 4: Take the bomb to the Bank Vault door, where you should see a glowing outline.
STEP 5: Blow open the door to access the rewards.
REWARD: Access to purchasable Keys/Aether Wrenches, for 5000 points a piece, and the ability to sell any weapons to Frank the Zombie for points in return.


Alphabet Adrift

STEP 1: On round 2 or later: Collect a stick of chalk, hidden behind the church on a crate.
STEP 2: Use the chalk to draw on the church sign. This will create an unfinished poem.
STEP 3: The letters missing for the poem, along with letters you do not need, fly into positions in the air around the lighthouse. Collect the correct letters in order to finish the poem.
STEP 4: Collect E -> D -> D -> Y
STEP 5: Return to the church sign and interact for your reward: a large amount of free keys.

Funiculi Funicula

STEP 1: Behind the claw shaped rocks near the jumppad between Bus Depot and Church, there sits a box of pizza that can be picked up.’
STEP 2: Take the pizza to the Tranzit Diner, and towards the right side of the counter, there will be an interact prompt to place the pizza.
STEP 3: Once placed, all players in the game will be teleported to the diner, and an orb will appear around the diner. Stay inside this orb, or else you will take damage.
STEP 4: Survive as the music plays.
STEP 5: As the music finishes, a single spider drop will appear in the Diner doorway. Grab it, and receive your reward. The next time a player in your lobby is near death, a familiar stranger will step in and save the day.

Dauber's Diatribe

STEP 1: On round 2 or later: Find the Dauber orb behind the weapons shop in Town, on top of a trailer. Interact with it to obtain a jar to carry Prismatic Fluid in.
STEP 2: Outside town going toward Diner, there is a pool of liquid. With the jar, hold interact on the pool to fill it with liquid.
STEP 3: Without sprinting or jumping, as these will cause you to spill, return the liquid to the orb. It will draw a section of the mural.
STEP 4: Do this again for the middle section of the mural.
STEP 5: Repeat one final time, and as the mural is completed, the orb will leave. In its place is your reward: infinitely respawning Fling Grenades.


Scavenger Hunt

STEP 1: Around the Lighthouse, there are three colored numbers hidden. One in the roof of the CotD spawn cave, one on a tree facing towards Nuketown from the Lighthouse, and the final on the back edge of the high cliffside on the Lighthouse mountain.
STEP 2: Take each of these numbers, and input them into color-appropriate dials in the top 3 floors of the Lighthouse.
STEP 3: When done correctly, you will hear the Ultimis Closet Teleporter activate. This closet is locked shut with a key door.
STEP 4: Use a key to unlock the closet door and claim your reward: a free Scavenger.

Sliquifier’s Synthesis

STEP 1: In the Broken Arrow office building inside of Area 51, there is a section locked off by a key door. Use a key to enter this section.
STEP 2: In an office room, part of an unfinished Sliquifier sits alongside other Broken Arrow artifacts. Take the weapon frame.
STEP 3: Just off the edge of the Die Rise dragon near the Lighthouse is a fire extinguisher. Jump and grab it.
STEP 4: Once both parts are acquired, place the empty Sliquifier onto a jump pad. It will absorb some of the liquid, and bounce over to Nuketown. Follow the golden trail in the sky to find your reward: A free Sliquifier.

Jetgun Joyride

STEP 1: Use a key to unlock the Bowling Alley area in Town.
STEP 2: Knock down the bowling pins in each lane by bouncing grenades off of them. NOTE: It HAS to be the physical impact of the grenade bouncing, and not the explosion itsself.
STEP 3: Once all bowling pins are down, an orange orb effect will appear, and begin to fly circles around the traffic lights in town. Shoot at it.
STEP 4: Once damaged enough, the orb will fly down and fly around the mystery box. Hit the box while it is glowing, and receive your reward: a free Jetgun.

Archon's Awakening

STEP 1: (STEP 1 or 2 can be done interchangeably) On round 2 or later, find the trees just outside of Nuketown with faces on them. Feed the trees souls, and when full, they vomit loot. One of them will vomit the part you need, a staff.
STEP 2: On round 2 or later, go to the center of the Tranzit bridge near Church and Diner. There is a crystal attached to rocks floating above the ground. Shoot the crystal and grab it before it hits the ground. If you fail, it will respawn back at the top. (RECOMMEND KEYBOARD INPUT FOR THIS STEP)
STEP 3: Take the crystal and the staff to the pool of green liquid close to the Lighthouse Mountain on the Bus Depot side. There will be an interact prompt in the pool to place the parts. Once placed, fill them with souls.
STEP 4: After enough souls, ARTEMIS will speak to the players and inform them their reward is ready: the Spear, Longinus’ Legacy.
WORLD EVENTS

Point Orb

If you spot a glowing orb that speaks to you, shoot it. Ignore its cries for help. As the orb takes damage, it will drop points, flying to a new location afterwards. Repeat this two more times, and the orb will be destroyed, dropping valuable loot.

Red Portals

Red Portals will occasionally appear in areas around the Dark Aether. If you enter one of these portals, you will be flung through the sky. An observant eye may notice that another red portal has appeared midair in the direction you were thrown; Continue to fly from portal to portal and you will receive a reward - everyone in the lobby has their held weapon’s Pack increased by one level.

Free Perk

The corpse of Sarah Michelle Gellar can be found strewn across a rock, having just been killed by creatures in the Dark Aether. Interact with her to hear her last memories, then destroy the Elite infected that killed her team for a free perk reward.

did all side easter eggs and main easter egg quest what a storyline!! great job 10/10
