A basic map guide from my playthrough of the map in case anyone finds it useful.

Quick Revive - Foyer Closet
Juggernaut - Boy's Room
Double Tap - Closet before Nursery
Speed Cola - Master Bedroom Closet
Mule Kick - Garage
Widow's Wine - Garden
Stamin-Up - Underground
Deadshot Daiquiri - Basement
PHD Flopper - School Foyer
Elemental Pop - School Classroom

The power switch can be found in the basement.
Every dog round will turn off the lights; don't worry they will turn back on once the dog round is finished.

Teddy 1 - Inside the left-hand cabinet as you enter the Nursery.
Teddy 2 - Underground on the right-hand side of the water fountains.
Teddy 3 - School Foyer on the right-hand side next to one of the clipboards.

You must find 3 clipboards across the map, solve the maths question on each one, and enter the code on the desk in the School Classroom.

Clipboard 1 - Basement, under the white chair.
Clipboard 2 - Master Bedroom, next to the bedside table.
Clipboard 3 - School Foyer, on the right-hand side next to one of the Teddy Bears.

Once you have all three numbers and have entered the code, in the School Classroom a locker will have opened with the wonder weapon inside.

Complete all soulbox skulls in the Underground room to get a Thundergun.

Go to the School Foyer.
On the right-hand side of Pack-A-Punch, you can purchase the ending from the radio for 35,000 points.
