This is a weapon that fits the 1960's genre of spy gadgets. Most notably, "The Avengers", staring the Patrick Macnee, the spy with derby and umbrella weapon, co-starring with Diana Rigg.
Although Patrick's weapon was a sword cane umbrella, this adaptaion of the idea, mixed with Burgess Meredith's Penguin umbrella from, "Batman", should be voted forward in my opinion, given it's iconic status and recognition as a gentlemen spy's weapon.
