Hosting a MapLink server (Chernarus + Livonia).

Server has low/minimal pop, EU based, 60 people per map, 120 total total:
"The Paddy Black Server"

Would like to grow the server's resources, number of maps, and community; but also need to ration time and want to focus on creating mods for the community.
