Glitch: Combine disapears after death.

Disable metro cops deploying man hacks and ar2 balls aswell as grenades for combine.

Manhacks are annoying, the ability to disable metrocops deploying manhacks would be nice, Oh, and being able to remove AR2 balls and grenades would be nice, theese are annoying when they take out an enitre crowd of people, thanks.
