As the title says i`ve discoverd that while using this mod it is impossible to play through Peragus normally. After activating t3-m4 and going into and coming out of the fuel pipeline room the door to the hanger will be open while the terminal will be un-operable. If you go through the door you will be able to access the hanger and be able to skip the level, however if you encounter this bug then that mean that you are likely trying to play through this level normally

SOLUTION: save your game before you even acitvate the console for the first time and then exit and unistall the mod. As long as you have a save before you touch the computer it should work fine.

I was also playing with the restored content mod and the widescreen fix mod and its possible those mods may have had an effect and caused the issue.
