HELP with starting a co-op game!!

My friend and me tried playing co-op on this map but whenever we start she can just spectate me. We join party in a CS:GO lobby and start workshop map and go to CT team and I load in but she just ends up in spectate mode. What should we do? Should I type something in console or?
