No, sorry, like many times stated already, too much work (also to update/merge them each time) - there was once a merged mod where both worked together years ago - but we decided against it, because of the updates..
So, if you really want them to work together, you need to merge all the files which both mods use, mainly the countrytechtreeview.gui and all other gui related things.
