i feel like the novakid being able to regen during the day is a bit too much. It makes daytime exploration easy as heck, nightime exploration is harder with the night debuff, so its not like you would EVER go out at night. Not to mention missions that happen at night (such as the floran mission) are treated like they take place in day. so i think this perk is way too powerful. I think maybe something like a speed boost during the day and a speed reduction at night would be better.
