Pretty much true except I check this several times a week and reply to questions quite often.

I created this simple mod for myself because of how wimpy the artifacts are, and decided to share it so that like minded people might enjoy it. I'm aware of no promises I've made re: a timeframe for updates or completion. ATM it's not being worked on; it will be completed when I get around to it.

It's certainly useable as-is, but if you're not pleased with the mod or the update frequency, feel free to skip over it.

Not exactly, but you're pretty close, though if your intention is to inform people, you may just be confusing them.

I see the need to make further updates re: bugs, balancing, etc. It has nothing to do with if I see "a need to make other artifacts more powerful."

I consider it to be an active mod in the sense that it will be completed eventually; it hasn't been abandoned.
