Today, we’re bringing you something a little different—exciting news about the Dinkum marathon stream, “DINK-A-THON”! Passionate Dinkum fans who are also streamers have come together to host a special relay stream event. From July 13 to 15, 19 streamers will take turns streaming Dinkum over 48 hours, with each taking a slot of approximately 3 hours. We’re sharing this through our official channels so that more people can discover Dinkum and enjoy the stream event together.

Just as everyone enjoys the game in their own unique way, we’re excited to see the many different sides of Dinkum through each of the streamers. There will also be some fun giveaways for viewers during the stream, so if you get the chance, make sure to catch the event live!

We’ve been consistently identifying various inconveniences and issues reported through the Steam discussion board, Discord, and customer support regarding the multiplayer environment. Despite various efforts, including engine updates, to improve the multiplayer environment, we recognize that some players are still experiencing difficulties due to numerous variables such as region of residence, internet connection, and PC specifications.

As mentioned, multiplayer-related issues are caused by a wide range of factors, and in order to address them, we need to collect information about your gameplay environment. If you have experienced any of the multiplayer issues listed below, we kindly ask that you submit your information via the prepared link. This will help us analyze the data more thoroughly and work toward providing a better multiplayer service.

• Disconnected during multiplayer and lost game progress

• Unable to enter specific areas during multiplayer

• Differences in progression time or acquired resources between host and guest players

• Crash occurs when trying to sleep and save the game during multiplayer

• Unable to exit NPC conversation or accept quests during multiplayer, making further gameplay impossible

One of the data we collect includes uploading the msinfo file. This file contains comprehensive information such as your PC’s hardware, system components, software environment, and IP. If you prefer not to upload this file, that is completely fine. Please refer to the instructions below to extract the msinfo file.

1. Press the Windows + R keys.

2. Type msinfo32 in the search field and press Enter.

3. In the new window, click ‘File’ at the top left and select ‘Save’.

4. Choose your desired directory and click ‘Save’.

5. Locate the saved file in the selected directory and upload it to the submission form.
