When you make a genuine effort to understand and comply with expectations and explain the situation as to what you are and aren't understanding and ask genuine questions just to get told "we can see you're very angry" and have the whole ticket thrown out... yeah... Steam Support is garbage. ...and that reflects negatively on Steam as a platform and Valve as a company.
Not actually doing anything or disrespecting anyone - just being "angry".
I also wasn't angry at the times they said I was (although them having PREJUDICE about my emotional state made me a little angry with them - and is why I've divested my savings for a Steam Deck to Nintendo Switch games and Toby Fox merchandise).
Wouldn't be surprised if they're bots - half the time they sure don't act like people with their copy & paste scripts and completely ignoring what was actually asked while providing false information. But even when they do seem like humans, they seem like some of the worst that humanity has to offer.
