Add Pipes liquid flow

Description
Original idea is even working that Pipes flow of bk3000 but without overwrite the original starbound pipe.

why i made this mod ?
Some time i need a pipe with liquid flow some time i need a pipe without liquid flow when i buid a base ( my apex love toxic planet :) )

Do not use pipe flow and my mod together is useless

the new pipe is learned when acquire the normal pipe

To answer your Questions, i play with around 100 Mods, newest version.
this mod works Perfectly, i see no glitches, missfunctions ect...

@Juroguy Johnson; Hi, seriously I don't know, it's been a long time since I played Starbound, but I don't think the game mechanics have fundamentally changed to the point of breaking this mod, I could be wrong.

Now it is possible that there is incompatibility with other mods if the modder used the same material id as me ( the range of reserved/used material id was declared on the official wiki even before the release of this mod, see link in mod description) so if this is the case you have to see that with the modder who didn't take into consideration the already used material id)

@MasterOfBacon : i am not sure i good understand your message ...(sorry my english is very bad )
remove all pipe of this mod in the world before uninstall this mod
normaly if you dont use in your worlds the tiles of this mod you can uninstall without crash

i am not sure but if my memorie is good when you use a tiles in your world and this tiles not exist (because you have remove a mod for exemple) the first run crash but if you run a second time starbound as remove in world all tiles missing and game not crash .... but maybe i wrong ...

it wont let me uninstall though cause when I do it crashes without this installed ,if I wanted to go back to the other pipe mod I have to keep this but oh well :)
