After leaving Gorod Krovi heading to the HOUSE, dimensions shift and our band of misfits end up in a strangely familiar place

does this map have the ww2 pap box easter egg? It consists of throwing a jack in the box/monkey on the ledge near the ceiling next to the stairs and saving for 10k points and playing the piano
