I Can re-upload it with a fixed version that everyone can play Romulus mods, and it works 100%? 😃

Before you all type it doesn't work and stuff, this file is an EBO which means it is encrypted, bohemia bricked mods with this encryptions because they use it for their encrypted stuff.
If anybody can unbrick the file (turn it into an unencrypted pbo) please post here, it would help a lot.

got the same problem with the dsl_date.ebo (Data file too short: "D:/SteamLibary/steamapps/common/Arma 3/!Workshop/@Land Cruiser VXR 2017/addons/dsl_data.ebo". Expected - bla bla bla bla..............)
