An Even More Realistic DEI Movement & Vision

Simple mod that increases vision (a couple of provinces, Egypt can see to Macedon for instance) and movement range (about double).

The mod will NOT need to be updated for any new patches.
The mod SHOULD work in vanilla.

It always bothered me that these nations were so ignorant of their surrounding when historically that was absolutely not the case; they recieved information from scouts, allied tribes, and popular knowledge consistently. It's impossible that they didn't know about a faction within the same region let alone in the greater Mediterranean. Gameplay wise I believe I struck a good balance between still having distant lands be shrowded in mystery, while having information about your neighbors and not screwing your campaign fps through the floor.

*Does not require recruitment of an agent like most similar mods. I'm also dissapointed in authors for over 5 years not releasing a middle ground regarding vision and clearly copy-pasting everyone else.

Regarding movement speed, it's tough to strike a good gameplay balance, but DEI having strong garrisons lets me feel fine about increasing the movement speed to this degree. An army should be able to march across Greece in one 1/2 turns, about 5 months instead of 1 which would be the most realistic. Hey 5-1 is better than 10-1 and it makes the game more dynamic at the same time.

*Note that you cannot recruit troops without having at least 50% of movement remaining. Same goes for any other stances like fortifications, whatever movement range it requires, add 50% to it.
