Public Service Announcement

Discord deleted my account / server because I posted a study about COVID-19 derived from the United Kingdom Government. This inability to speak openly and deleting my ability to speak with friends that I have built relationships with for years, has killed my motivation. Discord was the community that kept me interested in modding. I also promised that if Discord did delete my account that I would move on. This sweeping algorithmic censorship is intolerable and abhorrent to human progress. If we shut down each other's critical discussions and ability to listen, what form of communication is left?

As such, my work in RimWorld is suspended indefinitely. Everything I have created is under licensing (mostly GNU General Public License v3.0). Feel free to pick up the projects. As per the licensing of course.

I'll still be around on Steam and GitHub if you wish to reach out to me. Best of luck to everyone out there with the challenges ahead!

This is a re-upload of Pravus' original mod. I have hidden the floors simply by renaming the .xml files.

Also, there have been some stat changes to the fences and security barrier hitpoints, making them weaker, but not useless.

Save compatible.

Why was covid ever a topic? Ok, so the only reason discord would EVER "delete your account" or "delete your server" is if you were spreading some sort of harmful or intentionally wrong information. Discord could give an actual shit less about many things though... So you probably just got reported multiple times.

The only other thing, and honestly I think this one is more likely... Mind you this is all conjecture and speculation... You were being insanely hostile and telling people to either commit some sort of self-harm or self-termination, or advocating for the harm or termination of others. These kinds of statements are actively sought after, and users will be ACTIVELY banned for and their servers wiped.

The fact you're using a mod on steam as a platform to soap-box a sad and poor me story is a bit... Suspicious to say the least.

Discord channels quickly descend into political echo chambers. Just best to not get involved with them or be baited into trying any form of discussion that goes against whatever narrative they've coalesced together into a blob to parrot all day.

Just remember. You will never logic someone out of a stance they didn't logic themselves into.
You can have all the evidence in the world and -it will not matter-. I promise you. You cannot fathom just how incapable people are of critical thinking once they've herd minded. You are wasting time. You are screaming into the ether. You are simply making yourself a target in an area that is starved for targets because they've already mobbed together and chased anyone with differing opinions away from such a space in an attempt to stifle discussion or proper debate.

Do not sweat this. Do not let it bother you. Move on and simply continue to grow while the people who spurned you continue to wallow in their own ignorance and hubris.
