Description
This is spin off collection of the military survival series featuring an alternate (enemy) race of "Kriel" Aliens.

Origin: Unknown

Species: Highly evolved insect/humanoid mix. It is believed they have survived and evolved over billions of years finding a way to travel into space. Around 1 million years ago they became much more intelligent and started to use tools and later building advanced constructions. Like an insect colony, they appear to operate via hive mind and found a way to link this into distant space.

Behavior: Extremely aggressive and without fear. There is evidence that they have wiped out many other species in there travels appearing to not make any attempt to communicate with the exception of insectoids, in which they often will feed and protect.

Threat Assessment: Very High. Matching the technology levels of the Terran, they make for a formidable foe that takes no survivors. Still many light years away from Terran colonized planets, the order has been giving to destroy them before reaching us. The military is building a force to deal with this as well as sending out reconnaissance missions.

This is all that is known at this time.


The Kriel now have an additional color scheme that is backward compatible to all Kriel creations. To use the new color scheme:

1. Highlight one of the color scheme codes below and copy using CTRL C
2. In the game with the color tool selected (color menu open), click on the custom button.
3. Replace or create a new palette (recommended to create new)
4. Click on the paste button to replace all the colors in the palette, then click OK to save the palette.
5. Get very close to the Kriel creation you would like to re-color, with the color tool, select the palette you just copied and then click apply. This should apply the new colors to the creation.
6. In case you don't like the new colors or want to switch back, repeat the same process with the default color set also listed below.

Although not needed, it is recommended to also change the light colors on Kriel creations to match the color scheme. To do this, find the lights in the creation and change Light Purple - > Orange, Cyan -> Dark Yellow, and Magenta -> Red. This is not needed but offers intended visuals for this color scheme.
