Combine fire extinguisher

Description
Very uncommon in urban areas, these fire extinguishers are found in combine bases and APCS. These glowing canisters spray a gel that spreads over any nearby fires, this gel is actually made outworld on combine factory planets.

P.S: The gel is also used as a salve to heal and regenerate skin tissue from burn wounds.
