Description
Summary
This mod expand on the existing list of Convoys and Merchant Shipping Lanes within the game to match that of historical records.

Features
Adds merchant vessel shipping lanes between regional ports and trans Atlantic ports.
Adds German shipping convoys and naval vessels. ports should no longer feel empty and abandoned.
Adds additional countries to the map
Adds an extensive list of military naval convoys
Additional air patrols and aircraft
Convoys evolve and change over the course of the war as new countries join the allies/axis and military might grows and diminishes throughout the war.

Requirements / Load Order
This mod requires the following mods to be subscribed and enabled in the launcher
Expanded Ports (shipping lanes an convoys incorporate ports not currently in base game)
More Diverse Ship Names (Due to additional countries and shipping vessels, additional ship names are provided by this mod)r

Note: This mod is not compatible with Living Uboat Mod, as it is built using Ports Expanded and Expanded Shipping Lanes.

Changes
Added Reserve Naval forces in Ports owned by Germany and other ports, which was missing.
Brought back many of the original convoys and shipping lanes that were broken
Added Fighter Aircraft (partially working)
Added Merchant Shipping lanes in North and South America (Complete)
Additional Convoys (Complete) Note: Exact Convoy Timelines may not reflect actual patrol time (in progress)
Activity periods for Shipping lanes and Convoys (Partially Complete)
Added Trans Atlantic Shipping lanes (Complete)
Added German Supply routes (Mostly Complete)

Note
This mod is currently only compatible with Uboat B128.

WIP: EXPECT BUGS AND UNINTENDED BEHAVIOR.
This mod greatly increases the number of patrols and vessels, you may experience decreased game performance! However, if you believe that a specific modded convoy or vessel group from this mod is responsible for this, Please provide the following: The group contact name shown in the map screen, (example: La Rochelle Shipping, Brest to Portsmouth Shipping, etc), date and location on map, and any other information or images. This will help me identify which group spawner is causing issues and allow me to make the necessary adjustments to the spawner.
I am currently looking for feedback or potential contributors to this mod.

KNOWN BUGS
There are cases when using 'Skip time' can cause ships in docks to spawn on the player. This is a bug in the base game, however if you have a save which can show this issue. please share with me and I will forward a bug report to the devs.

Link if there's any way to save this mod, or at least, at a minimum level of functionality - please consider it.

I'm pretty sure this mod is the thing I loved most of the entire UBE collection.

Being able to google any ship I ran into or sunk, only to learn I was running into it at exactly the spot it should be given the time was amazing and it was perfect as it was

I went through a process of elimination and found this mod was responsible for not allowing
Grey wolves texture pack
to function properly.

Took me ages and it was repeatable.

Die Konvois sind eindeutig teilweise viel zu groß. Es scheinen verschiedene Konvois im Spiel zusammengelegt worden zu sein und die gleiche Route fahren. So kommen dann diese Zahlen von über 100 Schiffen zusammen (known bugs).

Thanks for the "heads up".

I find the concept of more game to hunt interesting, but I believe something in your implementation is resulting in large numbers of merchant traffic unescorted and turning into a turkey shoot. Not exactly sporting. My next campaign will probably drop it. But for now, I am awaiting for the official release, and post release stability.

In any case, thanks for your hard work and sharing!!!

The mod description here is exceptionally out of date

However, the required items list is more accurate

Please note that this mod will be losing support in the future as it is too difficult to maintain with the changes in the parent mod ube.

I did add it. It looks safe. Just don't try to load anything that says "missing expanded missions" in the PORT field.

I believe campaign objective icons are brought on from another mod like expanded missions. Maybe I'm wrong. Regardless, you'll need the asset bundle for UBE
