Description

Momantai! Everyone's favorite floaty Digimon joins the Rivals of Aether Workshop cast! Float, spin, and bounce your way to victory!

Specials:

Neutral - Bunny Blast: A powerful projectile with a slow startup. If it hits, it'll be worth it!

Side - Terrier Tornado: Once per airtime, Terriermon whirls and creates a multi-hit attack while moving at high speed! You can act out of it quickly, so use it to take your combos offstage!

Down - Static Elect: A Digimon World 1 Technique, Terriermon zaps himself! If you miss, you'll be stuck for awhile, but if it hits, you can jump right out!

Up - Petit Twister: Terriermon takes to the sky, then puffs out his ears like a parachute!

This character is extremely well made, both in terms of the smooth animations and satisfying gameplay. Terriermon feels well-balanced, with fluid combos and strong mobility in exchange for being light and relatively short-ranged. I also really love all of the alt colors available!

My only critique is that his float doesn't feel like it factors much into his gameplay. Perhaps letting him "open and close" the glide like Ori's recovery, or even letting him attack on the way down, would be a fun change to consider. That's nitpicking though; still a 10/10!

This is the best Rivals of Aether character, period. The only issue I have with him is that some of his moves have oddly large hitboxes, but otherwise he's perfect.
