Added floating mechanic to MosterTruck Wheels.
having MonsterTruck wheels installed on vehilces allows them to float across small bodies of water.
becareful as you can not control your float.
Slightly reduced drown damage to engine.
Some vehicles are better for floating than others.

Fun vehicle mod to allow ALL vanilla wheels in game files to be used on EVERY vehicle in game files.
you will need to add some of the wheels to your XMLs if you want players to use them.
These wheels will work on every vanilla car that spawns. The wheel type directly effects the way the
vehicle handles.
