My bad, it is not NO MEDICAL (though it is concerned as well) but NO REALISTIC NAMES that is causing an issue FYI.

Could we have a version of this to be used wiith ACE NO MEDICAL mod, please? Or should I make one?

Any mod that either gets rid of 6.5mm caseless, makes the bigger magazines in general have more adverse effects on sway & inertia, and/or gets rid of (or reduces the ammo) of the ridiculous mega-sized AR-mags?
