Description

NepBull: Restores 50% of one ally's HP temporarily. Made by Neptune herself.

This is a easy reskin that I made after that I played L4D2 some days back as Neptune and I thought why ain't there any Neptune Items?
So I came up with the Idea, why not make NepBull.
I looked around I could't find any info or a model of it. Tho I find this picture, but as you can see it ain't much to go on :/

So I made my own reskin from this little info I got from this and made my version of NepBull and I hope you will like it ^-^
