Ophelia: An Artwork Mod

Description
Ophelia, a drowned noblewoman can be found in the White River just south of Riverwood. She is visible from the road next to a felled willow tree. The cover picture is a painting by Alexandre Cabanel, but the mod is based on the character Ophelia in Shakespere's "Hamlet" as well as several paintings of her by various artists. The mod idea comes from writteninblood13. Remember, rue is deadly.

It is wondeful, simply wonderful, to have such great living art in the game. I was going to say please create more great art, but I see you already have! Hurray! I'm going to download every one of them. And any future art-in-the-game you create!

By the way, if you ever feel inspired to do one by Bouguereau, I would LOVE to see it in the game! All of his are freat, but my favourite is:

She might have drifted down the river. Try looking downstream. If you still can't find her, delete the mod and subscribe again.

When I first subscribed to this mod Ophelia was there in the water. Now she is not there. I tried changing the load order of your mod a couple of times, but she is still not there. Do you have any comments on why she is no longer there.

Its either the Rue that killed me or the scathecraw and nirnroot that went with it.
