THIS IS FOR THE PLAYER THAT WANTS A MORE STRATEGIC GRADUAL CAMPAIGN. Combines elements of the difficulty mods into the Slower Campaign sub mod. It has a More difficult economy, longer recruitment times, building times and /building costs and unit and unit upkeep costs. Slightly more difficult diplomacy. Less aggressive AI....but not static.

Not save compatible- Need to start new campaign.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY OTHER CAMPAIGN SUB MOD! Except Random AI Personalities. Compatible with all Battle sub mods.

MUST LOAD BEFORE THE MAIN WARS OF THE GODS MOD.

Added new campaign start pos with lower starting money for all farctions. Changed tech research priorities and tech research times.

NOT SAVE COMPATIBLE. MUST START NEW GAME.

Army movement reduced 30% on campaign map. Ai will defend regions more.

AI will build armies sooner. Ai concentrate on philosophy more. Changes military aggressiveness for some minor faction types.

People of Rome 2 is not a campaign mod it is a population mechanic for classes-it does not mod any campaign behaviors.
