So if you changed the mod for you from 10x to 5x, your fitness gains would be 5x but anyone who still has it as 10x get that 10x, even if the server has the settings changed.
Again this could be inaccurate, I'm not even sure where I got this info from but I vaguely remember reading something about Brita's weapons jamming chance settings being per-player and not server-wide
Ex: "xpMod = 10" is 10x xp, "xpMod = 3" is 3x

Can the modification take effect on the server?
Like I said, I dont like to be a stick in the mud. But as someone who has been part of both communities for a long time as well now, believe me when I say that the NPC update is coming and I bet its coming sooner than any of us will expect it. At the very least the Devs here seem competent to bring out a proper update on things.
@Flash
Also I totally agree with everything you've said.
I still remember around 6 years ago on their forums talking about adding NPCs soon.
Lol..... Oof
Sorry for being unable to update my mods. Increasingly frustrating having been on PZ for so long and never seeing the NPC update, very slow progress with frequent version changes and base code changes every other update that breaks mods or needs version updates.
